What a prompt-run is

One prompt-run is one tracked prompt swept across every engine. Because there are five engines, one prompt-run produces five answers.

That is why the two rows differ: 520 prompt-runs is 2,600 answers.

The prompt cap and the run budget are set together on purpose. Each plan’s budget is what it takes to sweep that plan’s full prompt library once a week, with room left over.

A month is 4.33 weeks, so a full Brand library of 100 prompts needs 433 runs and the plan gives 520. Studio needs 1,299 and gets 1,400. Agency needs 4,330 and gets 4,800. Fill the cap and you still get your weekly sweep with change to spare.

Prompts are pooled

On Studio and Agency the prompt cap is across the whole workspace, not per client. A Studio account can put 300 prompts on one client, or 30 on each of ten. Move them around as the work changes.

Weekly, and a daily watchlist

Scheduled scans default to weekly, which is what the budgets are priced for.

Running your entire library daily is not something we sell, because at these prices it does not add up: a full daily sweep on Studio would cost more than the plan. Rather than quietly let people configure something that loses money, the scheduler offers a daily watchlist instead. Flag the handful of prompts that matter most and only those run every morning.

After a full weekly sweep, the prompts you can afford to watch daily are roughly 2 on Brand, 3 on Studio and 15 on Agency.

Run packs

If you need more than your plan’s budget in a given month, run packs top it up:

PackPrice
+500 runs$29
+1,500 runs$79
+5,000 runs$229

Packs do not expire, your plan budget is spent before pack runs, and you can buy as many as you like. They are the one purchase that does not require changing your subscription.

What happens at a cap

Nothing is deleted and nothing already running is killed.

  • Prompt cap reached: you cannot add new prompts until you pause some or upgrade. Existing prompts keep running.
  • Client cap reached: you cannot add a new brand. Existing brands are untouched.
  • Run budget spent: scheduled scans skip that cycle rather than failing. Buy a pack or wait for the reset.
  • Downgrade: everything you already have survives. Only new resources are gated. A Studio account with 8 clients that drops to Brand keeps all 8; it just cannot add a 9th.

Paused prompts are free, keep their full history, and can be resumed. There is no delete, on purpose.
